'Flipflop' is a three bedroom detached villa 800 metres from the beach at Moliets Plage. Ideally located for the beach, and with the golf course, shops and restaurants within 500 metres, it is an easy walk to all facilities. Nestled among the pines in a quiet commune, the villa stands in a fenced garden of just over 600 m2.

Moliets is well known for its golf course (one of the top ten courses in France), and the beach is famous as one of the best surfing destinations in Europe. There are footpaths and dedicated cycle trails through the vast pine forest, and a nature reserve at the Courant d'Huchet, which runs from Léon to the sea just north of Moliets.

Further afield, Hossegor (30 km south) is renowned for its world class surfing; as is the elegant town of Biarritz. Also within easy reach are the stunning Pyrenees, and the Spanish splendour of San Sebastian. To the north are the Arcachon basin, Bordeaux and the wine producing areas.

Built in 2002, 'Flipflop' is well equipped and newly furnished, with a large covered terrace and wooden decking area. There is parking for two cars.

The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven, 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, and has place settings for 12 people. The kitchen leads onto an open plan dining and living area with an extendable dining table and 6 chairs. The living area has two leather sofas, a coffee table, TV unit with stereo, DVD player, television, and UK Sky satellite TV receiver (free to air channels). Large sliding glass doors open onto the covered terrace.

Three bedrooms, one with a large double bed (160cm x 200cm) and the others each with two single beds (90cm x 190cm). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with a hanging rail and shelving. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and two wash basins. Separate WC.

Other facilities include a barbecue, washing machine and clothes line. The house is well equipped for small children, with two high chairs, a baby bath, and one travel cot. There are also plastic plates, bowls and cups, and toys suitable for under 5s.

Outside, the covered terrace is an ideal location for the large hardwood dining table and six chairs, which can also be placed on the wooden decking. There is a selection of deck chairs and folding sun loungers.
